Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Mr. McDermot showed up on time, gave a brief but excellent presentation on what the project would entail, and provided an on-the-spot extremely competitive price. Workers showed up on time, worked unobtrusively and completed the project in one day. Clean up was spot on — you can’t tell anyone was here working, other than the beautiful new roof. Couldn’t be happier!

Total project was $18,000 for asphalt shingle roof install. If there were six stars I’d give it to them for Customer Service. Quite simply, Dermot is an exceptional customer-oriented business owner. Everything was on time…the initial appointment, delivery, and install…and the clean up was great too.

NewBrook Home Improvement did an outstanding job replacing our roof. They responded quickly to conduct an estimate and Dermot was very honest and fair. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. The installation crew showed up on time and was very friendly and courteous. They did a great job and ckeaned up very well. Excellent results. One problem was presence of crews on the job working small aspects and not able to speak to the total scope of work. This was quickly resolved by NewBrook leadership. I would definitely call NewBrook for more work on my other rental properties… in fact, I already have!

Dermot’s team was wonderful! They were professional, timely, and very considerate of your property. Our roof was large and they had the old roof off in no time.
