NewBrook Home Improvement is located in Southern, MD. The owner and president, Dermot A. McDermott, a native of Ireland, moved to Maryland in 2003 where he now resides with his wife and two sons. In the past fifteen years he has worked in the home improvement industry, serving residents of Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
NewBrook Home Improvement is founded on the principle of providing clients with materials of the highest quality and service of expertise and integrity. All customers will have access to his personal phone number to assure that the project is completed to their satisfaction. Mr. McDermott is looking forward to providing a model of excellence in the service of home improvement.

Dermot McDermott, a native of Ireland, he has lived in Maryland since 2003. During that time he has worked in the home improvement industry in the DMV region. Over the years he has amassed a large amount of experience, knowledge and expertise in the home improvement field.
As the owner of the company he has instructed his company representatives to give every customer his personal telephone number, insuring they can always contact him. Dermot looks forward to providing the best possible home improvement experience to all of his customers.
Premium Installation
A home improvement product is only as good as the person that is installing it. We hand select all of our sealants, wrapping material, and insulations. All of our installers are trained directly from the manufacturer. They are all drug tested and back ground checked. So often, installers aren’t trained properly to install windows and the manufacturer ends up voiding the warranty. With us, our installers come directly from the factory so this issue doesn’t occur.
